New focus for What Noisy Cats Are We
It’s been quite some time since I made a post… sorry. I was keeping up with the older version of the blog pretty well for a couple of years, but it seems I’ve fallen far, far behind. Part of the reason for this is that I work a lot more now, both at my “real” job and freelance (which has really taken off in the past year!). Another reason is that I spend far too much time at a particular messageboard and it leaves me with little time for searching for new music, and posting it here.
Recently I’ve been wanting to do something different with the blog. I want to make it a place where I give away free textures and stock photography, as well as talk about my art and design, other people’s art and design, and of course, music. To get things started, I’ll post this free texture for you to use as you want. Doesn’t matter if it’s personal or commercial. The only restriction I’ll put on the free textures is that you don’t sell the photos yourself. Sometime in the near future, I’ll be offering packages of stock photos and textures for sale, while continuing to offer free images as well. Here is the first of the series:

Yeah!! Shannon I am so happy to see that you are blogging again, I’m really looking forward to the new format as I think hopefully it will open some creative doors in my brain. And that is so cool your free lance work is really starting to take off, you are so talented, who knows where all of this will lead you…maybe you’ll be designing the next Pumpkins album cover
