I deactivated the commentluv plugin, and it seems to be working now. That’s kind of a shame, because I thought commentluv was a really cool plugin. One reason i write this and give all of this stuff away is to connect with people; I’d love to know more about who’s reading.

Today I’ve got seven textures for you to use as you’d like. They’re all 300 dpi, 3072 x 2304 pixels. I’m still working on a set of brushes, and also some free vectors. Keep your eyes out for those in the next couple of days. I’m also going to write a tutorial on silkscreen printing for you d.i.y. designers who like to get your hands dirty!

If you use any of these textures, I’d love to see what you come up with, so please feel free to post a link to your designs in the comments.

I’m starting over. shannon-palmer.com is now my portfolio for my art/design/photography, but What Noisy Cats Are We is still very much alive. I’ll be working on putting back some of the older posts, but mostly you’ll just see new stuff here. I have a few posts planned, including one on Sparrowhouse and another on New Zealand band, Sleepy Demons. Come back soon, there’ll be more to see later this weekend!
